Education: Bachelor's degree in commerce, Major accounting.
Experience: 1-2

Job RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Responsible for administering the day-to-day activities of the business office.
2. Responsible for journal entries relating to daily operations and month/quarter/year end closing;
3. Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing & filing.
4. Enter accounting data into the computerized system to update and maintain this system;
5. Maintain manual and automated accounting records;
6. Prepare all revenue, expense, payroll entries, invoices, and other accounting documents.
7. Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system.
8. Prepare various monthly, quarterly and year-end reports.
9. Other administration duties “as assigned”.

Language: Excellent command in both written and spoken English (Is a must)

Computer Skills:
- Very good user of Microsoft Office
- Fast typing skills

Qualifications:
- Excellent organizational skills
- Pays attention to details
- work under pressure

Salary (L.E): Negotiable
