Job Role: Cisco Unified Communication Engineer

This position is responsible for planning, and implementing VoIP consulting engagements. The candidate will set goals, monitor work, and evaluate results to ensure objectives and operating requirements are met and are in line with the needs and mission of the organization.

Job Requirement:

- Minimum of 7 - 9 years experience with Voice and voice related

discipline, Unified Communication technologies-designing and delivering

technology solutions.

- The ability to lead, coordinate projects, and manage technical planning.

Proven experience in system design, development and implementation.

- Possess an ability to develop strategy and set direction for Unified

Communications infrastructure technology.

- Possess an in depth understanding of Unified Communications

infrastructure, hardware, and software, including in depth experience,

skill, and knowledge of Cisco Call Manager software and infrastructure

configuration.

- In depth experience, skill, and knowledge of Cisco networking, Cisco IP

telephony, Cisco IP Contact Center, Cisco Collaboration, MPLS, WAN, IP/VPN,

and the administration of Cisco IOS on multiple platforms.

- Experience with QoS, network capacity planning and traffic analysis is

preferred.

- Familiarity with TDM, H323, SIP trunking design and implementation.

- Certification in Voice technologies and Cisco CCVP certification are

strongly preferred.

- Experience with technologies including audio and video conferencing,

telephony recording, and converged networks is preferred
