Job Role Project Manager (Civil). 


Eligibilities:

Should have in-depth hands-on experience in leading project teams in major landmark metropolitan projects from the development of proposals until project closure. 

  • should have the ability to independently establish all required project procedures and protocols and ensure their proper implementation. 
  • Will be responsible to ensure that the project is delivered in strict compliance with all project objectives. 
  • Should be able to analyze project drawings and to determine in advance issues such as deviation from accepted construction practice, impractical construction sequence, excessive construction expense, etc. and propose remedies. 
  • Should understand and implement the project schedule, QA/QC aspects, and ensure that the project goals are achieved.




Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 15 years experience required, of which at least 5 years should be with international firms in major projects.
