A client has an exciting job opportunity for an individual who has proven skills and ability to join their growing team.
Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Monitor relevant planning authority web sites to identify work opportunities.
- Completion & submission of assess tender documents to ensure sufficient information available to prepare tender pricing of excavations, concrete, brickwork, woodwork, roof tiling, external render, drainage, external works, and minor landscaping.
- Maintain contract documentation and advice on pre tender and post contract matters.
