Associate/ Analyst Job Vacancies in Ernakulam, Kochi

Job Description

• Preparation and communication of monthly management reports
• Preparation of annual budget and monthly forecast Balance Sheet Reconciliations/Review for central accrual and prepayment accounts.Master Data maintenance and review including Chart of Accounts.
• Projects, Cost centers, and profit center set up. Other Adhoc projects and tasks as required.
• Preparation and maintenance of the global Inter-Company reporting and Co-Process system.
• Monthly financial accounting for Central and divisional cost centers, including preparation of Capex, finance leases, and inter-company accounting and reporting.
• Detailed investigation of variances including commentary on actuals v budget & forecast Bank reconciliations.
• Fixed asset accounting, maintenance of the global Fixed Asset SAP module to include monthly depreciation, Capex summary, and reporting.
• Preparation and maintenance of the Global Finance lease summary and reporting.
• Monthly management accounting for Central cost centers, including preparation of accruals and prepayments.

Eligibility :

• B.COM, M.COM, MBA (Finance), ICWA (Final)
• Excellent communication skills and computer knowledge.
• Commerce graduates with 1 -5 years of relevant experience.
• Accounting Shared Services environment preferred but not essential for associates and analysts
• Knowledge in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets or GL Accounting.
• Experience from any industry is good, but BPO would be preferred.
• Experience of working on SAP FICO or Lawson will be preferred.
• Willing to work in Rotational Shift including Night Shift.
